Make the stay yours
A short menu, on purpose: only things we can deliver at the same standard as the homes themselves. Available on any stay, whether you booked direct or through a platform. Mention what you want when you book, or message us before arrival.
Pool heating at Happy Island Cottage
November through April, included in the rate
The private pool at Happy Island Cottage heats to swimming temperature all winter. Heating is included in the rate from November through April, nothing to add and nothing to request: an 82°F pool in January is a different vacation. In summer the sun does the job.
Mid-stay cleaning
Best for stays of a week or more
A full refresh partway through your stay: linens, towels, bathrooms, kitchen, floors. Handled by the same cleaner who turns the homes over between guests, so the standard is the one you arrived to. Priced per clean and arranged around your plans.
Dolphin and sandbar boat trips
Year-round, weather permitting
The extra guests ask about most: a private small-group boat trip around Anna Maria Island with a local captain we trust. Dolphins, sandbars, and the island from the water side. Details on the boat rides page.
Pontoon and jet ski rentals, 10% off with Little Philly Sea Adventures
Year round. Code LPSAWATER-HIC at checkout
Our guests get 10% off pontoon boat rentals, jet ski rentals and guided jet ski tours from Little Philly Sea Adventures, a local outfit we partner with through their Play and Stay program. Pontoons leave from Kingfish Boat Ramp in Holmes Beach, a few minutes from the Cottage; jet skis and guided tours leave from the Palma Sola Causeway in Bradenton. Book on their site or by text at 941 274 1575 and enter code LPSAWATER-HIC. Valid on any stay with us, direct or through a platform.
