Pool heating at Happy Island Cottage
Roughly October through April
The private pool at Happy Island Cottage heats to swimming temperature all winter. Snowbirds, this is the one worth budgeting for: an 82°F pool in January is a different vacation. Priced per stay and quoted with your booking. In summer the sun does the job free of charge.
Mid-stay cleaning
Best for stays of a week or more
A full refresh partway through your stay: linens, towels, bathrooms, kitchen, floors. Handled by the same cleaner who turns the homes over between guests, so the standard is the one you arrived to. Priced per clean and arranged around your plans.
Dolphin and sandbar boat trips
Year-round, weather permitting
The extra guests ask about most: a private small-group boat trip around Anna Maria Island with a local captain we trust. Dolphins, sandbars, and the island from the water side. Details on the boat rides page.
