What guests wrote before they drove home
There is a notebook in each house. Guests write in it on the last morning, usually while somebody is still looking for a flip-flop. We scanned 43 of those pages and typed them out underneath, word for word, spelling and all. Nothing here was solicited and nothing was edited for flattery.
A few pages are not shown because guests wrote personal details like phone numbers on them, and the numbers written in the pages below are blurred out. Everything else is exactly as written.

This was our second vacation in one of your beach homes & again, we enjoyed every day. The pool definitely was just what we needed and we took advantage of a great way to relax & stay cool.
Your home is beautiful and you think of so many things a traveler needs! Thanks for your understanding when I locked us out before we took one step inside. Fortunately, it all worked out very quickly.
We will be back in AMI next year and will be spending it with memories of July 2024.

One of the nicest houses I have stayed in - the hosts are super responsive, friendly (and funny!) Love the pool area w/ the light wall & fan. Beds are amazing - absolutely perfect for our girls trip!
To see: Coquina Beach, Bean Point, The Doctor's Office, The Ugly Grouper, Pizzano's - great pizza, sandwiches & wings!

Had a great time with my family. Kids loved the pool and the walk to the beach. Food here was great. Went to the Ugly grouper and Hurricane Hanks. Went bowling and did the One hole Fish Mini Golfing. Went on a family boat ride on our last day here. Can't wait to come back.

Thank you for hosting our stay it was AMAZING! Our 1st time to AMI and it did not disappoint. Loved being able to get around the Island by golf cart!!
Our favorite place to eat was Wicked Cantina, hurricane Hanks had best appetizers and can't beat breakfast at Peaches & Minnies. Solo Pizza get the white Pizza and must try donut experiment and Dips for ice cream.

Thank you so much! We had a fabulous 6 day stay here and enjoyed every minute! Definitely enjoyed the golf cart rental the most. Days at the pool / evenings at the beach when the temps cooled a little. Cooked most meals at house, but really enjoyed take-out at Ugly Grouper, Donut Experiment, Cheesecake Cutie Cafe, North Shore Cafe, and pancake breakfast at Manatee Beach. All 5 of us had an amazing time + will be back again.

The house is beautiful!!! It is in a great location! We walked to almost everything. We spent quite a bit of meal time at The Ugly Grouper. Great food, drinks and music. The weather was gorgeous every day -- no rain at all!!
We left a few items we thought future renters could use -- Tissues, Coffee filters, Dish soap, etc.

Why handwriting, not star widgets?
Fair question. Our three homes hold 10/10 on Vrbo and 4.93 on Airbnb across hundreds of stays, and you are welcome to go read every one of those reviews on their sites. What we are not allowed to do is show them to you here: the booking platforms consider your review their property. You write it, about your stay, in our house, and it becomes a corporate asset we would need permission to quote. Really.
The guest book has no terms of service. Paper, a pen, and whatever people felt like saying on the last morning. Nobody owns those words except the folks who wrote them, which is exactly why we can show you the actual pages.
Book any of the three homes direct and the whole stay works like that: you deal with us, not a platform, and you skip the platform fee entirely. The notebook, the pen, and the last-morning scramble for a flip-flop are included.
